Hello and Welcome to our Web site!
This site is the result of months of hard work, many meetings and the dedication of a handful of wonderful people from our community! It has been developed as part of a Peer Support Project for Transgender, Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual young people (funded through the Brisbane City Council).
The information contained within has been written, collected and selected by the group as things that might be helpful for others who identify as transgender, or who are exploring their gender.
This site uses the stories, ideas and experiences of a diverse range of individuals and is not meant to be a comprehensive or strict guide as to how you should live your life or what you should do. Rather, we have aimed to design a site that can be used as a reference point by you and, most importantly, let you know that there are people out there who understand and share your journeys.
If you have any questions, or would like someone to talk to, have a look in the links section of this site to find a community group from your local area.
We hope that you find this site helpful and that you enjoy traveling through the many sections and reading other people's stories.
